On our Stauning Whisky stay, you'll be pampered with overnight accommodation in luxurious rooms, a three-course dinner in our atmospheric restaurant, and our extensive breakfast buffet. As something truly special, you'll go on a guided tour at Stauning Whisky, where you'll experience their aesthetic distillery, featuring Danish design and Nordic architecture. Here, you'll also hear the story of how Stauning Whisky transformed from a hobby project into a globally recognized and extremely successful whisky brand.
Join the journey through their whisky production and see every step in the process from floor malting of Danish barley and rye to distillation in the 24 copper pot stills. You'll finish the experience by tasting three different types of their whisky. You'll have a unique experience for all your senses.

It is allowed to bring a dog to Fjordgaarden for an additional price of DDK 200 per night per dog
Here, guests must stay in ou "Pet Friendly" rooms, which have a closed terrace. Dogs receive treats, toys, and their own bowl in the room.
The hotel must be contacted in advance of the reservation if the guest wishes to bring a dog to the room.
On the wall behind the door to the room, you will find an overview of the nearest escape routes. There are push-fire alarms on all room corridors. Activate these if you observe smoke or fire development.

You can also hop on a bike (which you can borrow for free from us) and take a lovely bike ride. A bike ride in the West Jutland offers wonderful scents, a gentle breeze, birdsong in your ears, and views of beautiful and wild nature as far as the eye can see. There are many different bike routes, both short routes and longer full-day routes like the "Hedeturen" at approximately 126 km.
