Rising energy prices have unfortunately made it necessary for Fjordgaarden to introduce temporary energy surcharges from October 3, 2022.

The amounts are kept as low as possible and only cover the absolute minimum needed to maintain the operation of Fjordgaarden. Supplements are settled during the stay. Supplements will be adjusted quarterly based on energy price developments. First time January 1, 2023.

Energy surcharge for spa stays with overnight accommodation is DKK 40.00 per room per night from July 1, 2023

Energy surcharge for a regular overnight stay is DKK 20.00 per room per night from July 1, 2023

Energy surcharge is DKK 30.00 per person for spa centers or for daytime spa package from July 1, 2023

It is possible to have laundry and ironing done for a fee.

The laundry is delivered to the reception no later than 22:00 and is ready for collection from 07:00 the next day.

Laundry bags are available in the room or can be obtained at the reception. Please ask the reception if you have any questions.

Fjordgaarden is a smoke-free hotel.
Smoking in the rooms incurs a fine of DKK 2,500.00 per day.

It is allowed to bring a dog to Fjordgaarden for an additional price of DDK 200 per night per dog. Here, guests must stay in Pet Friendly rooms, which have a closed terrace. Dogs receive treats, toys, and their own bowl in the room.

The hotel must be contacted in advance of the reservation if the guest wishes to bring a dog to the room.

On the wall behind the door to the room, you will find an overview of the nearest escape routes. There are fire extinguishers on all room corridors. Activate these if you observe smoke or fire development.
