Many of our treatments are suitable for pregnant women, but not all. Please inform us in advance if you are pregnant and have special needs, so we can provide you with the best possible treatment. We have pregnancy pillows and special body products that can be tolerated by all types of skin and body.

Inside the Spa facilities, we recommend that you listen to your body and pay attention to signs of discomfort, so you can interrupt your spa activity appropriately.

If you are unsure about using our range of saunas while pregnant, we recommend consulting your doctor before your stay.

Arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment or time for the spa suite starts, so you get the best and calmest start to your experience.

Take a nice bath in our changing rooms before you go to your treatment or spa suite. Exclusive products are available in our changing rooms from the Danish scent universe VERDEN. The spa kit, which includes towels, bathrobes, and slippers, is provided at the entrance to the spa.

If you are prevented from coming to an already booked treatment or spa suite, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your session starts - otherwise, we will unfortunately have to take full payment.

Cancellations must be made by phone 71747978, and NOT via SMS, email, Facebook, or Instagram.

Spa Fjordgaaarden provides towels, bathrobes, and slippers that you can use during your stay with us. To respect each other and the spa's etiquette on hygiene, we only allow access after thorough washing, in clean swimwear. You must at all times wear swimwear when in the spa area.

In the spa, we aim to create space for tranquility and immersion for all guests. Therefore, we ask everyone to be respectful to their fellow guests and show consideration by speaking softly and behaving calmly.

Please limit the use of mobile phones in the spa as much as possible, put it on silent mode, and never take pictures of anyone other than yourself.

You must be 16 years old and accompanied by an adult to access the spa. If you wish for body treatments, you must be 18 years old. However, you do not need to be 18 years old for treatments with our cosmetologists.
